CNY Pride expands Syracuse schedule for 2025 with more LGBTQIA+ community celebrations – Syracuse.com
Central New York Pride returns in June with a busy slate of events to reflect the strength, diversity and resilience of our LGBTQIA+ community.
This year’s celebration includes the June 21 annual parade and festival, plus several new events, developed in partnership with Come Out CNY, a new organization formerly known as Syracuse Guerrilla Gay Bar.
“CNY Pride has always been about being proud of who we are – both individually and as a collective,” said Jimmy Monto, president of CNY Pride. “While the environment may have changed this year, our mission remains the same: to uplift the Central New York LGBTQIA+ community and our allies through visibility, celebration and united action. ”
Incorporated in 1996, CNY Pride is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.
This year’s Pride invites everyone to take part in honoring love as a radical force for change.
